4. Academic activities
The methodology to be followed, according to the Verification Report of the degree, includes: expository sessions, active learning methodologies, elaboration of papers, oral presentation and discussion of papers and tutorials,.
Therefore, the methodology to be followed will be, on the one hand, the global exposition by the teachers of the general contents of the subject. In the practical sessions there will be work related to the classes practices and work directed in small groups, where the applicability of the theoretical contents of the subject to the reality of the classroom of primary education, both in its internal and external context will be worked. These contents will deal with the analysis of an educational center and its external and internal context, and will be complemented with the possibility of visiting the educational center itself, if circumstances allow it. These papers will be presented and discussed orally in the classroom. Both theoretical and practical sessions will be the subject of individual or small group tutorials . Therefore, expository methods will be combined with more practical ones, as well as as large group, small group and individual activities.
5. Assessment system
The student must demonstrate that he/she has achieved the expected learning outcomes by means of the following assessment activities.
The student's evaluation will be summative with evaluable activities during the teaching period and a final test.
1. -Assessable activities during the teaching period: Work related to practical classes anddirected work. The tutored work will consist of different practices carried out in groups in the classroom on the topics covered in the areas of Sociology and Social Psychology. These practices will be presented prior to the written exam. For the evaluation of the internships, the application of the knowledge acquired by the students in the Digital Skills Course organized by the library in the Faculty of Education may be taken into account. In the work derived from the internship, a minimum of 5.0 must be obtained at and at least 80% of the practical sessions must have been attended in order to be able to mediate with the theoretical part . If the student does not pass this part or cannot attend the internship normally, he/she must take the global test (see the corresponding section).
2. -Final assessment activities: Written examination. Multiple-choice questions with four possible answers at , only one of which is valid. The exam will consist of questions from the Sociology part and questions from the Social Psychology part equally distributed, being necessary to obtain at least a 5.0 in the exam to be able to mediate with the practical part.
Grading criteria and requirements for passing the subject
Each of the evaluation activities will contribute to the final grade of the subject in the following proportion:
1. Work related to practical classes and directed work: 40% of the final grade.
2. Written examination: 60% of the final grade.
Both parts must be passed in order to pass the course. The passing of one of the parts is saved until the second call.
Overall test and second call.
Students who have not completed the evaluable activities carried out throughout the term and that have an important weight in the grade, or who wish to take a single test to pass the subject, or who wish to raise the grade of the internship grade, will be graded, according to the evaluation regulations established by the University of Zaragoza, in a single test (100% of final evaluation ) to be held on the official dates established by the center. This single, written test will incorporate both theoretical elements (written exam under the same conditions as in the summative evaluation) and applied elements (e.g., practical cases to be solved on the day of the exam), so that together they allow to verify the achievement of competencies similar to those of the students who have followed the previous format.
The second round will be in the format of the final global evaluation if both parts are failed. If the written test or the evaluable activities are approved, the grade will be kept until the second convocation if the students do not want to improve the final grade. If a part of the subject is passed, the best of the grades obtained will prevail in anycase.
Fifth and sixth calls
The students of the 5th and 6th call will be evaluated with the same evaluation system as the rest of the students. In any case, in order to develop the teaching of this subject and to accredit the achievement of the competences of the same, the student may choose either of these two options:
1. To continue teaching in the group-class in which he/she is enrolled if requested by the secretary's office in due time deadline.
2. To specify with the court the type of evaluation to be carried out (global or evaluable activities throughout the course and final exam) and the specific development of each condition.
Finally, it must be taken into account that the Regulations of the Rules of Coexistence of the University of Zaragoza will apply to irregularities committed in the assessment tests by means of academic fraud, as well as the application of article 30 of the Regulations of the Rules of Learning Assessment in relation to irregular practices other than academic fraud.
Also, the use of artificial tools for the creation of texts will be allowed as long as it is supervised and authorized by the faculty, to ensure academic integrity.
